Through our proprietary process and one-of-a-kind service model, you can also upgrade with add-ons like Recovery Assurance™ for lost-pet assistance, Medical Monitoring for health alerts, and certain tiers that even include built-in device coverage for loss, theft, or damage.

No — Fetch Track™ is offered at a flat rate with no monthly subscription required. Optional add-ons such as Recovery Assurance™ or Medical Monitoring are available for an additional one-time or annual fee, but GPS tracking is always included in your base plan.

If you choose Recovery Assurance™, our monitoring center will work directly with animal control and guide you through the retrieval process. In select areas, we can even arrange direct return of your pet and may cover eligible impound fees.

Yes — we’re introducing IATA-approved, custom-built GPS travel kennels designed for safe airline and long-distance pet transport. These kennels provide live location tracking during travel and meet international air transport standards.
